Important considerations:

  • You are paying for a package of 16 personalized class hours (only you and the instructor in class).
    The class schedule will be chosen together with our assistant. Indicate your time availability to take your class hours during the week.
  • You will only pay for the next package after having consumed this package.
  • You must notify at least two hours in advance if you are not going to attend classes. If you miss classes and do not notify, the hour will be considered as missed.
  • You will always take classes with the same instructor even if you change your schedule. This way, you will never lose the sequence in your learning.
  • If you want to change instructors, you must request it and you will be able to continue consuming your hour package.
  • The content you will take will be exactly what interests you. The progress of the content will depend on how quickly you consume the content according to our learning methodology. (Ask, answer and interpret).
  • Once you have reached the intermediate level (B1) in speaking, you will be able to interact with our native students in English. You will get a 30% discount on your next payment if you refer a new student, 60% if you refer two, and 100% discount if you refer 3 students while consuming the current hour package.
